Setting up your Re:infer account is a really simple process:
Once your Account Administrator has created a user profile, the platform will automatically send you an email.
The email contains a URL which will open the password creation page in your browser. This URL is valid for 24hrs before expiring to prevent insecure access to Re:infer.
Please Note: Re:infer only supports modern browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. Re:infer is optimised to work best on the latest versions of these browsers, so please keep your versions up to date.
Password creation page
Choose a new password. If you want to see the password as you type it, you can click the eye icon on the right-hand side of the password box. Passwords must pass the following checks:
Your password must be strong. For inspiration, a strong password can usually be generated with four random words. You can make a password stronger by adding capital letters, numbers, and symbols. If you enter a weak password, you will see the following warning: | ![]() |
Your password must be unique. You should not reuse a password you already use. You must not use a password that has been leaked from another website, as this makes your password very easy to guess. If you enter a leaked password, you will see the following warning: | ![]() |
You must confirm your password. If you enter a different password, you will see the following warning: | ![]() |
Once your new password has passed all three checks, you can click the ‘Set Password’ button to set your new password.
