Which pre-trained entities are available?

The current list of standard pre-trained entities that are available to all users is shown below:

 

Please Note: As discussed in the previous article, these can all be enabled as 'trainable', meaning users can refine the platform's understanding of them through training, and reduce the scope of what the platform considers to be an entity of that kind.

  

Entity Type

Description

Organisation (Org)

A company or organisation name, e.g. UiPath Ltd.

Person

A person’s name and title (if included), e.g. Mr. Joe Bloggs

Email

An email address

Currency

A currency code, e.g. GBP, CHF, or USD

Monetary Quantity

A quantity of money, usually associated with a currency code or symbol (e.g. £100,000, $250,000, 1,000,000 EUR)

URL

A uniform resource locator (i.e. web address)

Date

A date, which can be in various formats

Value Date

A future date (in various possible formats) used to determine the value of a product that fluctuates in price

Cancellation Date

A date (in various possible formats) on which something, such as an insurance policy, is due to be cancelled

SEDOL

A financial security identifier, short for Stock Exchange Daily Official List, which is 7 characters in length

BIC Code

A Business Identifier Code (BIC) is an international standard under ISO 9362 for routing business transactions and identifying business parties, which is 8 or 11 characters in length

LEI

A Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) is a unique global identifier of legal entities participating in financial transactions. Formatted as a 20-character alpha-numeric code

ISIN

An International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) uniquely identifies a financial security. It is a 12-character alpha-numeric code

Mark-to-market 

(MTM or M2M)

Mark-to-market refers to the “fair value” of an asset or liability based on the current market price, or the price of similar assets and liabilities, or based on another objectively obsessed “fair” value

CUSIP

A CUSIP is a 9-digit number or 9-character alpha-numeric code that identifies a North American financial security for the purposes of facilitating clearing and settlement of trades

  

Some users may also have additional entities available that have been created specifically for their organisation.
